In-Person birth doula support in Northern Colorado

For parents who want to be in charge of their birth and enjoy parenthood, but aren’t sure how. My all-inclusive package provides you with continuity of care at each stage of your birth journey and are entirely dedicated to improving your birth experience. We will work together to ensure that you are clear on what you want and develop the skills to achieve it. Think: childbirth educator + birth coach + values-based advocate + supportive friend, all rolled into one!

✔ CONSULTATION CALL
30 minutes before you book me, so we can both make sure it’s a good fit for both of us.

✔ UNLIMITED SUPPORT IN PREGNANCY
By phone, text, or email, because birthing prep is full of questions, and I’m here for all of them.

✔ TWO PRENATAL VISITS
90 minutes each. At least one of our visits will be at your home. Sometimes birth coaching, sometimes birth-plan prepping, always personalized for you.

✔ CONTINUOUS LABOR & BIRTH SUPPORT
I’m on call 24/7 starting at 36 weeks. From your early labor check-ins by phone and text, to full in-person support once active labor begins.

✔ CERTIFIED BACKUP DOULA
You’ll meet the backup doula I work with in advance, so even if I’m unavailable, you’re supported by a trusted, certified professional.

✔ IMMEDIATE & POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
1-2 hours. I’ll stay with you until the first latch to ensure you and your baby are comfortable , settled, and have everything you need.

✔ TWO IN-HOME POSTPARTUM VISITS
3 hours. I’ll come to your home one day that first week and we will schedule a second visit 1-2 weeks after to ensure you have all of the resources and support you need as you enter this new phase of your life.

—> I am a childbirth educator and host in-person childbirth education courses in Fort Collins, CO. Virtual courses are coming soon!
—> Want something custom (like extra prenatal meetings or private childbirth education classes)? We’ll put something together that works best for you!

I serve Fort Collins Loveland, Berthoud, Windsor, Severance, and Northern Colorado, and I can accomodate other areas in Northern Colorado as my schedule allows.
